 The band structure, in terms of number and symmetry of the bands, is well captured by LDA but not the Fermi surface geometry

 Main contributors to superconductivity are Fe 3dxz/yz electrons and maximum of Tc for different compounds correlates with the vicinity of the Van Hove singuliarities for the dxz and dyzbands to the Fermi level.
