 îñòàíí³ ðîêè çàñòîñóâàííÿ íàíîòåõíîëîã³é ó ãóìàíí³é ³ âåòåðèíàðí³é ìåäèöèí³ ïîêàçàëî âåëèêèé ïðî´ðåñ, ÿêèé ì³ã áè ñòàòè ñåðéîçíèì ïðîðèâîì ó âèð³øåíí³ ïåâíèõ ïðîáëåì, ó òîìó ÷èñë³ é ó ãàëóç³ ðåïðîäóêö³¿ òâàðèí. Ïðèêëàäè ïîòåíö³éíèõ çàñòîñóâàíü äàþòü ìîæëèâ³ñòü á³ëüø øèðîêîãî âïðîâàäæåííÿ íàíîòåõíîëîã³÷íèõ ìåòîä ðå´óëÿö³¿ ðåïðîäóêòèâíî¿ ôóíêö³¿ â ïðàêòèêó äëÿ ïðèøâèäøåííÿ òåìï³â ðîçâèòêó òâàðèííèöòâà. Âèâ÷åííÿ 䳿 íàíî÷àñòèíîê âèñîêîäèñïåðñíîãî ä³îêñèäó Ñèë³ö³þ óìîæëèâëþº îïòèì³çóâàòè ìåòîäè êð³îêîíñåðâàö³¿ ñïåðìè, ñïðèÿº ðîçóì³ííþ ìåõàí³çì³â ôóíêö³îíóâàííÿ ñòàòåâèõ êë³òèí, îâàð³ÿëüíèõ ôîë³êóë³â òà åìáð³îí³â. Ðîçðîáëåíî ïåðñïåêòèâí³ á³îöèäí³ íàíîïðåïàðàòè, âèêîðèñòàííÿ ÿêèõ çàáåçïå÷óº ï³äâèùåííÿ çàïë³äíåíîñòè òâàðèí, ³ìóíîá³îëîã³÷íî¿ ðåçèñòåíòíîñòè, ïîïåðåäæåííÿ íåïë³äíîñòè é îòðèìàííÿ çäîðîâîãî ïðèïëîäó. Íàíîàêâàõåëàòè ìàþòü ìîäèô³êóâàëüíèé âïëèâ íà ô³ç³îëîã³÷í³ ïðîöåñè â îðãàí³çì³ òâàðèí, ùî çíàõîäèòü â³äîáðàæåííÿ â àêòèâàö³¿ á³îñèíòåòè÷íèõ ³ åíåðãåòè÷íèõ ïðîöåñ³â â îðãàí³çì³, ñòèìóëÿö³¿ êë³òèííî¿ ëàíêè ³ìóí³òåòó. Çàïðîïîíîâàíî âèêîðèñòàííÿ ¿õ äëÿ ë³êóâàííÿ òâàðèí, õâîðèõ íà ìàñòèò, ñòèìóëÿö³¿ ¿õíüî¿ â³äòâîðþâàëüíî¿ ôóíêö³¿. Ç ìåòîþ ï³äâèùåííÿ òåðàïåâòè÷íî¿ åôåêòèâíîñòè â³òàì³ííî-ãîðìîíàëüíèõ ïðåïàðàò³â âèêîðèñòàíî äîäàâàííÿ íàíî÷àñòèíîê ä³îêñèäó Öåð³þ é îðòîâàíàäàòó ð³äê³ñíîçåìåëüíèõ åëåìåíò³â. Çàñòîñóâàííÿ ¿õ äຠçìîãó îïòèì³çóâàòè îêðåì³ ïîêàçíèêè ãîìåîñòàçó òà ïðîîêñèäàíòíî-àíòèîêñèäàíòíî¿ ñèñòåìè, íîðìàë³çóâàòè ñòðóêòóðó òà ôóíêö³þ ôåòîïëàöåíòàðíîãî êîìïëåêñó âàã³òíèõ òâàðèí ³ ï³äâèùèòè ïîòåíö³ÿë ðîçâèòêó íîâîíàðîäæåíèõ, åôåêòèâí³ñòü òåðàﳿ ñàìîê ç ìàñòîäèñòðîô³ºþ òà ãîíàäîïàò³ÿìè, ñàìö³â ç àíäðîëîã³÷íèìè çàõâîðþâàííÿìè. Îäíàê äîñòåìåííî ìåõàí³çìè âïëèâó íàíî÷àñòèíîê íà îðãàí³çì ïîêè íå â³äîì³; á³ëüø òîãî, ïîñò³éíî äèñêóòóþòüñÿ ïèòàííÿ ùîäî ïîòåíö³éíî¿ òîêñè÷íîñòè íàíî÷àñòèíîê, ùî çóìîâëþº íåîáõ³äí³ñòü êîíêðåòíèõ ã³ïîòåç ³ ðîçóì³íü ïåâíèõ àñïåêò³â äîñë³äæåíü. Îòæå, îñê³ëüêè íàíîòåõíîëî㳿 çíàõîäÿòüñÿ íà ðàíí³õ ñòàä³ÿõ ðîçâèòêó, äëÿ îäåðæàííÿ çíà÷óùèõ ðåçóëüòàò³â ìîæå çíàäîáèòèñÿ ïåâíèé ÷àñ, ùîá ïðîâåñòè íåîáõ³äí³ äîñë³äæåííÿ òà êë³í³÷í³ âèïðîáóâàííÿ. Öåé ³íñòðóìåíò, ÿêèé áóäå ðîçâèâàòèñÿ ïðîòÿãîì íàñòóïíèõ äåê³ëüêîõ äåñÿòèë³òü, ìàòèìå ñåðéîçí³ íàñë³äêè ó âåòåðèíàðí³é íàóö³ òà ðåïðîäóêòîëî㳿 âêëþ÷íî.
