Postgraduate Study

Activity of the postgraduate study is fulfilled in accordance with the `Regulations on Training of Higher Education applicants for Ph.D. Degree and Dr.Sci. Degree at Higher Education Institutions (Research Institutions)` dtd March 23, 2016 No. 261, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The postgraduate study at the Institute is made at the expense of:

• funds of the State budget of Ukraine, according to the State order;  
• funds of legal entities and individuals – on terms of agreements over the state order.

For foreigners and stateless persons on the basis of:

• International agreements of Ukraine;
• State programs;
• Agreements concluded by the Institute with legal entities and individuals.

The full-time postgraduate students (3 years of study) who are successful in fulfillment of the individual training plan:

• receive research grant as per acting Law of Ukraine;
• have two months of vocations every year, which are included to the general term of study;
• are provided with hostels (for those of other towns).

The postgraduate students who study while working (4 years) and are successful in fulfillment of the individual training plan use all benefits according to the acting Law of Ukraine.
