Fabrication and Exploring the Morphological, Optical, and Dielectric Properties of PVA/MgO/Fe2O3 Nanocomposites for Nanoelectronics Applications

Плівки нанокомпозитів ПВС/MgO/Fe2O3 виготовлено в цій роботі для застосування в різних пристроях наноелектроніки. Досліджено морфологічні, оптичні та діелектричні властивості нанокомпозитів ПВС/MgO/Fe2O3. Результати показують, що наночастинки (НЧ) MgO/Fe2O3 рівномірно розподілені всередині полімерної матриці. Поглинання ПВС збільшується, тоді як пропускання та ширина забороненої зони зменшуються зі збільшенням вмісту НЧ MgO/Fe2O3. Діелектричні властивості (діелектрична проникність, діелектричні втрати та електрична провідність) покращуються зі збільшенням вмісту НЧ MgO/Fe2O3. Кінцеві результати підтверджують, що нанокомпозити ПВС/MgO/Fe2O3 можуть бути корисними для різних застосувань наноелектроніки.
