Investigation of phase-formation processes and physical properties of film systems based on Co and Ag, which are fabricated by alternate and simultaneous condensation on a substrate (S), is performed. As shown, the formation of Ag-based granular solid solution occurs during the heat treatment to the temperature of 800 K (the Ag/Co/S system) or during the condensation (the (Ag???Co)/S film). Experimental values of thermal resistance coefficient agree well with those calculated from the phenomenological model for granular solid solution.
