«Оптичне вбирання та рефрактивні властивості відпалених тонких плівок суперйонного провідника Cu6PS5I»

Thin films of Cu6PS5I are deposited onto quartz glass substrates by nonreactive radio-frequency magnetron sputtering. Transmission spectra of as-deposited and annealed Cu6PS5I thin films within the temperature interval 77–300 K are investigated. Temperature behaviour of optical absorption edge and refractive index dispersion are studied. Temperature dependences of optical pseudo-gap, Urbach energy and refractive index are analysed. The influence of annealing on optical parameters of Cu6PS5I thin films is studied.
