Features of the structure and characteristics of the percolation of a new polymer–carbon composition, which consists of F4-grade fluoroplastic (polytetrafluorethylene) and multiwall carbon nanotubes, are studied. The tribotechnical characteristics of the developed material are analysed. As shown, the wear resistance of the developed material is 100 times higher than that of the initial fluoroplastic.
