Influence of the isochronal annealing on initial permeability ?і and coercivity Нс of Fe-based Metglas-type amorphous alloys is studied. Fe80Si6B14 alloys alloyed with nickel (up to 6 at.%) and molybdenum (up to 3 at.%) are chosen for investigation. The dependences of mentioned parameters on the annealing tempera-ture are shown to be nonmonotonic. Key factors, which determine the behaviour of Нс and ?і upon annealing temperature, are revealed. The optimal values of the annealing temperature are determined for each alloy.
