Results of investigations of the structure-phase state, elec-trophysical and magnetoresistive properties of film systems based on Fe and Cu are presented. The annealing temperature in-fluence on thermal coefficient of resistance and magnetore-sistance is studied. Experimental results conform to conclu-sions about conservation of individuality of separate layers in [Fe/Cu]n/S multilayers.
