Белоус The effect of the fractal structure of precursors obtained by either precipitation of hydroxicarbonates or sol–gel tech-nique on the phase transformations occurring during the syn-thesis and the morphology of nanodisperse M-type barium hexaf-errite particles is studied. The optimal fractal structure is determined. Using of such a structure results in significant reduction of the single-phase temperature and makes possible fabrication of nanosize barium hexaferrite with the plate-like and rod-like shape anisotropy. |
