As revealed, the high-frequency currents arise in fluoroplastic when constant electric intensity increases close to the breakdown strength. The intensity of these high-frequency currents rises with the increase of electric strength. As shown, the resistivity of fluoroplastic micropowders is lower then the resistivity of solid fluoroplastic film by an order of magnitude.
