Electronic spectrometer for surface analysis.

  • four-grid retarding field spherical analyzer

Energy resolution: ΔЕ/Е0 = 0,5% при Е0< 500 eV
                           ΔЕ/Е0 = 0,3% при Е0 > 500 eV
Primary electron energy: ( 5–2000 ) eV
Primary electron current: 50 μА
Electron beam diameter: 0,3 mm
Ion energy: ( 300–2000 ) eV
Ion beam diameter: 5 mm.
