«Кристаллизация нанопорошков (Y1-xEux)2O3 со сферической морфологией в условиях ограниченной размерности»

Polycrystalline spherical-shape particles of substitutional solid solutions (Y1-xEux)2O3 (x = 00.09) are obtained by low-temperature thermolysis and crystallization of amorphous precursor (Т = 6001000°!). The main structural and morphological parameters, such as polycrystalline structure, mesoporosity, controllability of their diameters in 100–300 nm range with dispersion lower than 15%, are determined. As shown, the Eu3+ activator doping influences on the final diameters of the spheres with formation of (Y1-xEux)2O3 solid solution. Optimal temperature conditions of spheres’ crystallization with resulting equilibrium diameter and with crystallites’ size of 40–47 nm are determined.
