«Нанорозмірні нелінійні матеріали на основі Ba0,6Sr0,4TiO3»

Composite materials based on Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 solid solution with different contents of Mg-containing impurities (MgO and Mg2TiO4) are fabricated. Their phase composition, dielectric and nonlinear properties are investigated. Composite thin films based on Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3–MgO (1 wt.%) are synthesized by the sol–gel technique on substrates of polycrystalline Al2O3. Phase composition, microstructure and effect of heat-treatment conditions on the quality of films are studied.
