The results of influence of annealing of the Ni2MnGa films on their structure, conductivity, and magnetic properties are presented. A technique for experimental measurement of electrical resistance, magnetic permeability and thermopower of films is described. As shown, after the annealing, amorphous films are ferromagnetic and polycrystalline.
