The physical model of the tunnelling processes, which are responsible for non-equilibrium superconducting state in the ferromagnetic–superconductor junction, is proposed and experimentally confirmed. The model is based on both the experimental CVC analysis and the determination of an energy gap dependence on the injection current as well as dependences of effective chemical potential and effective temperature of quasi-particles in modified quasi-particles’ energy distribution function on the voltage at the junction.
