Ю. А. Кругляк The Landauer–Datta–Lundstrom transport model is used to calculate conductivity of resistors of any dimension and scale as well as of an arbitrary dispersion, which are working in the ballistic or diffusion regimes near 0 K and at the higher temperatures. Still widely used concepts of mobility, heat dissipation, and the voltage drop in the ballistic resistors are also discussed. |
