We present a review of the literature data on current achieve-ments in the synthesis of systems for cytostatic agent deliv-ery to target organs using nanotechnological approaches. The advantages of the synthesis of nanocomposites with targeted action based on the ferromagnets and liposomal carrier with an application of external magnetic field are demonstrated. Spe-cial emphasis is made on the safety problem upon the use of nanomaterials in different fields of medicine.
