A two-dimensional Weierstrass function is applied for computer simulation of real rough fractal surfaces. Using the scalar Kirchhoff theory as the basis, the electromagnetic-wave scattering indicatrix is calculated for different types of rough surfaces and falling angles. As shown, the indicatrix of electromagnetic-waves scattering by a rough surface with a fractal relief has a complex structure and contains bursts of intensity in directions, which lay well away from the mirror reflection direction.
