S. V. KHALAMEYDA The barium-titanate samples are obtained by direct mechanochemical synthesis with barium titanyl oxalate decomposition and interaction BaO with TiO2. Phase transition ‘ferroelectric–paraelectric’ is observed in them. The mechanochemical barium-titanate possesses photocatalytic activity, the value of which depends on the presence of structural defects. |
