The main principles of hollow inorganic nanospheres fabrication are studied. The synthesis is carried out on the surface of aerosol particles of tetrachlorosilane in CCl4 solution. Investigations of phase and element compositions and morphology of fabricated particles using X-ray analysis, Auger-spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy are carried out.
