The synthesis methods for borosilicaphosphate nanocomposites are developed based on sol–gel technology. The structure, dielectric properties and conductivity in borosilicaphosphate organic–inorganic systems of different compositions are studied. As shown, the structure of such systems can be described within the scope of the fractal approach. Influence of borides on the structure and d.c. conductivity of nanocomposites is analysed.
