A. P. SHPAK, S. I. POKUTNIY, V. M. UVAROV, and M. S. POKUTNIY A theory of the interband absorption of cadmium-sulphide nanocrystals is developed under conditions when the polarization interaction of an electron and a hole with the surface of a nanocrystal is important. A comparison of the theory with the experiment is used to determine the average radii of cadmium-sulphide nanocrystals dispersed in a jelly matrix. |
