Discontinuous deposit self-organization on a surface of polymeric film with a potential relief of about 108 V/m results in formation of topology, which coincides with topology of an exposure light field. Effect is realized within the scope of the template method of fabrication of two-dimensional dielectric and metal–dielectric structures. Two-dimensional periodical structures with the periods of 800–6000 nm and the relief heights of 3.5–650 nm show resonances characteristic for photon–crystal and plasmon–polariton 2D structures in conditions of internal reflectance. Artificial defect of periodicity essentially influences a resonance.
