Within the dynamical theory of x-ray scattering by imperfect crystal without defect-size restrictions, the case of Laue-diffraction geometry is considered. Analytical expressions for the coherent components of transmission and reflection coefficients for the crystal containing homogenously distributed defects of various types are obtained. Taking into account anisotropy of atomic-displacement fields about crystal defects, the analytical expressions for the dispersion corrections to the wave vectors of ‘strong’ Bragg waves appeared due to the diffuse scattering are derived. The instrumental factors of the three-crystal diffractometer in a mode of mapping of reciprocal space are considered.
