Electrodynamic response of small-particles (SP) system to external electric field Е0 is investigated. Analytical expressions for polarizability of two SP with regard for multipole interaction between them and one two-layered particle are obtained. Frequencies of surface modes are calculated for two-layered metal spherical particle as well as for two different spherical particles with radii R1 and R2, which are at a distance of d apart (from centre to centre). For matrix disperse systems (MDS) with spherical inclusions, frequency dependence of effective dielectric permeability of MDS is found within the Maxwell-Garnett approach. It has been made for different dependences of inclusions’ dielectric function. Frequencies of surface plasmons are found for the case of MDS with spherical inclusions. All calculations are carried out within the scope of the electrostatic approximation.
