PACS numbers: 81.05.Ni, 81.07.-b, 81.16.-c, 82.70.Kj, 83.80.Hj, 87.68.+z, 87.83.+a

The nanoscale systems of clay minerals offer a number of important features, which can be used for local treatment of the external infected wounds, burns, and for the alleviation of consequences of treatment of hemarthroses, intermuscular and intramuscular hematomas of patients with haemophilia. It was shown that application of clay minerals and silica with additives of dimethyl sulfoxide and plant-extracted products makes it possible to reduce the level of endogenous intoxication and to promote procoagulating activity of blood, and in general to accelerate renewal of patient organism after hemorrhagic complications.
