As revealed by the DTA method, the crystallization process in
Co(Cr, Fe)72(71)(Si, B)28(29) amorphous metallic alloys consists of three stages.
The comprehensive studies of the revealed transformations are carried out
using electron microscopy, x-ray diffraction, electric and magnetic measurements.
The peculiarities are revealed on the temperature dependences of the
resistivity and magnetic susceptibility, which correspond to each stage of the
crystallization. The experimental data indicate that the most possible reason
for the occurrence of additional stage of the transformation is nanocrystallization,
which precedes other stages of the crystallization process.
