«Kinetics of Ordering in Nanostructured Condensates of W2B5–TiB2 Quasi-Binary System»

Kinetics of concentration-structural ordering process in ionic-plasma condensates of quasi-binary W2B5—TiB2 system is investigated. As shown, the metastable state of ion-plasma condensates within the whole investigated temperature range of 350—870 Ê stimulates concentration decomposition with formation of the modulated structure based on metal atoms. Process of ordering proceeds most intensively during the initial moments of time of thermal action, and its efficiency increases with temperature.
