Optical-conductivity calculation method is developed for low-dimensional disordered systems. The influence of nitrogen im-purities on splitting of energy bands of electrons and phonons caused by non-equivalent carbon-atom positions in a primitive cell of carbon nanotube is investigated. The carbon-nanotubes conductivity dependence on nitrogen-impurity concentration is studied.
