Technique for photosensitive nanocomposite-template fabrication in electrophotographic
process is elaborated. Spatial modulation of both the surface
relief and the trapped charge is performed by optical-holography technique
using exposure in a light field. As shown by atomic force microscopy and
near-field optical microscopy, the nucleation of gold nanoclusters, which occurs
during the deposition on template surface in a vacuum, takes place only
in certain, spatially ordered areas of the surface.
