The influence of isochronal annealing on the magnetoresistive properties of FINEMET-type Fe-based rapid-quenched alloys is studied. The obtained experimental results of magnetoresistive investigations for Fe73Si15.8B7.2Cu1Nb3 (FM2), Fe73.6Si15.8B7.2Cu1Nb2.4 (FM6), and Fe70.05Si16.4B9Cu1Nb2Co1.55 (FM11) alloys are presented. They are in a good agreement with the anisotropy field formalism.
