INVENTIVE AND APPLIED ACTIVITIES

The methodology of obtaining and modification of nanoporous carbon for the capacitors construction`s needs based on the usage of raw materials of natural origin was suggested and realized. The specific capacity, formed on its basis, of the electrochemical capacitors, operating according to the principle charge–discharge of a double electric layer, compounds 200–210 F/g in water electrolyte and 70–80 F/g in organic electrolytes.

New modifications of a number of composite oxides materials were obtained, as well as their approbation and further study as cathode materials of electric energy accumulators were made.

The usage of spinel iron-containing oxide structures obtained under the ceramic technology and the sol-gel method was proposed for the first time with the same purpose.

The laboratory samples of electrochemical current sources and supercapacitors were produced, which in accordance with their parameters exceed the world analogs, many of them have been protected with patents and authors certificates.
